Duties and Responsibilities: they act as advocates for their clients, educate clients and teach them new skills, Link clients to essential resources within community, protect vulnerable clients and ensure that their best interests are observed, council clients who need support and assistance, and research social problems to look for remedies.
Salary: $30,000 per year
Education: need to take classes in psychology, English, Spanish, Sociology, and family or consumer studies, Complete a college admissions exam (ACT or SAT) for admission. A bachelor’s degree is required, and A four year degree is compromised of both coursework and a minimum number of hours.
